Architectural Overview:
Structured within robust ochre Shahbad stone walls, this villa is set on an L-shaped plot that allows both privacy and openness. A glass-walled, lofty living pavilion forms the architectural anchor of the home. Entertainment and service areas are intentionally zoned away from the sleeping areas. The focus of the lower and upper level bedrooms, are the views of the hills to the east.
Interior Detailing:
Spacious ensuite bathrooms feature white marble surfaces and lush, open-to-sky tropical courtyards. Wardrobes are crafted in teak and veneer, adding warmth to the home.
Design Philosophy:
A combination of ochre, white, and wooden palette, paired with accents of natural Indian stones, makes the home low-maintenance and high on the au-naturale.
